FOR ON-RESERVE CUSTOMERS ONLY!
For your service(s) to be Tax Exempt, you must email your request. I have created a document that you can print. Follow the easy steps below & let me know if you have any issues with the process.
Step 1:Download, Print PDF form below and complete each area in printing.

Step 2:
Use your cell phone and take pictures of the following:
- completed 'Tax Exempt Request form, - the front of your band card & - back of your band card. |
Step 3:
Attach all 3 pictures to an email
& email to: Email: contactacncanada@acninc.com Subject: Tax Exempt Request | ||
NOTE: Feel free to "Copy & paste" the message below in your email.
This email is concerning my request to have the taxes removed from my residence/business service(s). I do reside on a First Nation Reserve and any services delivered to my address is exempt of all taxes.
